This piece features a tiered, full‑sweep skirt, a stretch mesh breathable waistband, and a Talon coil zipper at the back — all classic indicators of late 1950s construction.
The outer nylon layer has a smooth, slightly structured hand that helps support the silhouette of formal gowns, wedding dresses, prom dresses, and vintage full‑skirted styles. Inside, two layers of netting add lift and shape without the stiffness of hoop skirts. Finished with a delicate lace trim at the hem.
Condition
Very good vintage condition. Clean overall with a couple of small marks on the nylon portion at the back (shown in photos). No holes in the netting, waistband retains stretch, zipper works smoothly. Presents beautifully.
