Very good overall condition. No rips holes tears are stains. There appears to be a missing button on the inside waistband that holds the extra fabric in place and there is an extra button sewn into the waistband if you would like to replace it. I don't think it would affect the wear and you can't see it because it's on the inside.
Measures 13 inches across the waist and 21 in across the hips.
